Today I'm happy to take part in another Global Design Project challenge! This week it is another beautiful sketch by Teneale Willams - Sketch Challenge #034!
This card will go to one of my long time customers! Her orders are delivered directly to her house and I don't always get to thank her with a card!
I had sooo much fun with this card!
Teneale's inspiration.
The retiring Iridescent Ice Stampin' Emboss Powder adds sparkle to my main sentiment. What will I do without it?!
My Product List
Hints & Things
- I die cut the Bloomin' Heart Thinlits die from craft foam and used this as my stamp. I adhered the foam piece with a removable adhesive onto a stampin' block. The heart was heat embossed with White Stampin' Emboss Powder.
- To finish my background I used a broad flat brush to paint over the embossed heart. For this I used Pacific Point and Bemuda Bay ink. I also splattered with Rich Razzleberry over the back ground.
- Before I die cut the Thanks thinlit, I painted a piece of Watercolor Paper with Rich Razzleberry, and although not very visible, I also added Bemuda Bay in the mix! I always layer up on my intricate dies to make them more sturdy.
- To anchor my greeting, I used as always... Vellum! Gotta love the stuff!
I wish you all the best for the rest of the week!
Take care!
Mel xx
