Flower Patch - BE YOU (TIFUL) note pad cover

Hello!

It was a busy week, but I couldn't help but create another project with the "totally wild'' Go Wild Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!

Whenever I walk by those $1 thick note pads (available at Officeworks, stationery shops and if your lucky your local News agency)  I cannot help but buy a stack of them! They come without a cover so it seems to me they are shouting out at me to be decorated! However you can decorate any note pad at hand (just measure and cut to suit)!

And a few extra photo's to show the pencil holder a bit closer...

I used circles 1 and 3 (from the inside of the circles collection) to cut the pencil holder...

The inside look. The bigger circle was part cut and the small circle in full.

Let me know if you have any questions!

I hope you all have a great weekend!

Birthday Blossoms - The best day ever

Hello!

As promised last week... a birthday card for a spring birthday! Yes, as some of you are preparing for fall, in Australia we are looking forward to SPRING! Yippee! This card was inspired by an amazing lady who's birthday just happens to be on the 1st of September!!

One of my favourite trends at the moment is printed Acetate (or in Stampin'Up! world, printed window sheet)! It is so easy to make your own!  Stamp with Stazon (white or black) ink on window sheets! Be sure to immediately after stamping clean the Stazon ink of your stamp (it dries very quickly) otherwise your stamp will be stained! Also, I find a bit of dimension helps if you want the white on white look. I used some glue dots to add dimension - place them under an image here and there and they will not be so noticeable.

A special mention goes to the Alphabet Rotary Stamp  - I LOVE THIS STAMP! It gives a similar look as a label maker but you can stamp in any colour ink on any colour cardstock and you can customise your phrases! In this instance I heat embossed the sentiment "wishing you" in white on some pretty Melon Mambo!

Guy Greetings - Hats off to you!

Hello!

What a week! Not long now and our house will be officially on the market! One thing is for certain, I will have the cleanest house on the block! At least until it is sold!

I want to start of by saying how easy it is to move house with a business like Stampin' Up! - I can run my business from anywhere in Australia! And if you join before the end of August 2015 you will be able to pre-order from the new 2015/2016 Holiday Catalogue!! Just one of the many reasons to become a Stampin'up Demonstrator! Contact me if you want more details!  I will send one of the new Holiday Catalogues to the first 5 persons to leave a comment on this post!

This week's project is a matching card to go with the Mini Treat bag from last week! It's a quick and easy card,  as time was very limited with me cleaning and all! The card includes a little bit of sewing and you will also note that I am not the world's best  seamstress! I still think it turned out OK!

Next week I will have a feminine birthday card to celebrate a Spring Birthday!

A World of Thanks - you made my day

Hello!

For my last class there was really just one thing to say - Thank You! To the wonderful ladies  I spent my Thursday mornings with! Thank you for coming every Thursday, for allowing me to learn from you! Know you were (still are appreciated). To say this I needed only one stamp, ink and some cardstock! The A World of Thanks stamp really says it all!

Hello!

Almost up to date with my posts! I love to water color (honestly I kind of suck at it!), but lucky for me the images from the You're Sublime stamp set are so pretty, it doesn't matter!
